About Us
Adam Finck, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Adam Finck is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of healthcare experience across both outpatient and hospital settings. Since earning his Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University in New York City in 2019, he has provided compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages — from newborns to centenarians — in both urgent care and primary care environments.
Shortly after graduation, Adam was thrust into the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience shaped his belief that healthcare must be adaptable, accessible, and responsive to the real-world needs of patients. In 2022, he earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a focus on expanding access to care and delivering healthcare where it's needed most.
In addition to his clinical work, Adam serves as a volunteer paramedic in his local community and is an adjunct professor dedicated to guiding nurse practitioner students as they transition into clinical practice.
Through his unique blend of frontline experience, academic leadership, and community service, Adam remains committed to providing convenient, straightforward, and high-quality care — whether through in-person visits, home care, or telehealth.

How does pricing work? Do you take insurance?Currently, I do not accept insurance. My pricing is straightforward and transparent: Telehealth visits are $50 Home visits are $100 Procedures and testing will vary based on complexity, but I always ensure pricing is fair and clearly communicated upfront. Feel free to ask if you have any questions about the costs for your specific needs — I’m here to make the process as easy and transparent as possible.
-
How do I make an appointment?Email us at info@adamnpcare.com Send a WhatsApp message to 561-424-6684 We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have.
-
What types of things can you do in your office? In my office, I can handle a range of in-person needs, including IV fluid hydration, laceration repair, wound care, and more complex concerns that aren't suitable for Telehealth or home visits. If your condition requires a closer evaluation or hands-on treatment, my office is fully equipped to provide the care you need in a comfortable setting
-
Do you have an x-ray machine?Currently, we don’t have an x-ray machine. However, if an x-ray is necessary for your evaluation, I can refer you to a trusted imaging center nearby for the appropriate imaging. I’ll make sure you get the care you need in a timely manner.
-
What area do you do home visits in?I personally provide home visits in Parkland, FL and Boca Raton, FL only. When you schedule a home visit, you’ll be seen by me — not a third-party provider. I keep things personal, convenient, and focused on your care.
-
Can you perform procedures, like stitches, during a home visit?Yes, I can perform procedures such as stitches during a home visit, depending on the type and severity of the injury. If it’s something that can be safely treated at home, I’ll take care of it right there. If needed, you also have the option to be seen in my office for procedures.
-
Does it matter where I am to use your telehealth services?Yes, it does. Due to licensing laws, I can only provide telehealth services to patients who are physically located in Florida or New York at the time of the visit. If you're unsure whether you're eligible, feel free to contact me via email or WhatsApp, and I’ll be happy to clarify!
-
Can you prescribe medication if I need it?Yes, I can prescribe medications when appropriate. For pediatric patients, accurate weight is essential to ensure safe and effective dosing, so please have your child’s most recent weight available during the visit. After reviewing symptoms and medical history, I’ll recommend the best treatment plan — which may include a prescription if needed.
-
Do I need a phone or computer to use your Telehealth services?Yes, you'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access to use my Telehealth services. I use secure, HIPAA-compliant video software integrated directly into my electronic medical record (EMR) system, so there’s no need to download any apps — just click the link I send, and you’re good to go!
-
What if I don't get a prescription or I need to referred elsewhere, can I get a refund?I understand how important it is to find answers when you're not feeling well. While I don’t offer refunds, every visit includes a thorough medical evaluation based on your symptoms, history, and clinical guidelines. If a prescription isn’t appropriate or if your condition requires care beyond the scope of my practice, I’ll provide expert guidance and refer you to the right place for further treatment.
